After 6 intense months of learning and studying I have finally reached the end of the software engineering course at Flatiron School. It has been an amazing journey where i have learned so much as well connect with some truly amazing people.
During my Javascript project NYC PupPals I emBARKed on a journey that involved photo uploading… see what i did there?
For my JS project i decided to take on my biggest undertaking yet. I recently got a puppy that is cute as her little heart shaped nose.
Anyone who gets a puppy always imagines their dog being the best trained dog that will be smart obedient and most importantly, friendly. While you can train your puppy in a multitude of ways the only way to be sure he or she is friendly is to introduce them at a young age to a lot of people and a lot of other dogs. With all this in mind I decided to make what I best describe as tinder for dogs.
For my rails project i decided to build off my sinatra project and continue with Live Streams. While doing the project what struck me as particularly interesting was the major differences between Rails and Sinatra.
For my sinatra project i decided to expand on my CLI project and take it from a gem to what is essentially a Content Management System (CMS) .
